Sådan laver du en lækker og kold agurkesuppe. En nem og sommerlig suppe med agurk, der er god som en let aftensmad serveret med brød til.
Har du agurker i drivhuset, og kniber det med at finde på, hvad alle agurker skal bruges til, så prøv denne kolde agurkesuppe.
En skøn og læskende suppe til en varm dag.
Giver ca. 1,4 l færdig suppe. (2-3 personer som hovedret)
2 store agurker
1 bdt. frisk mynte
1 kvist dild
2 forårsløg
6 dl kold hønsefond
400 g græsk yoghurt 2%
hvidløg
salt og peber
Skær agurker og forårsløg i mindre stykker, og kom det i blenderen sammen med den kolde hønsefond, yoghurt og mynten.
Blend til det er en jævn suppe, smag til med hvidløg, salt og peber og stil den i køleskabet til den skal serveres.
Pynt med lidt ristet skinke og et drys dild på.
Suppen skal serveres godt kold.
Server sprød serenoskinke eller brød til din agurkesuppe.
